Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une nouvelle rubrique dans laquelle nous mettons en valeur des commerces, des artisans, des artistes, des agriculteurs… en somme des gens qui font vivre la vall\u00e9e du Giffre. Nous avons s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s des acteurs \u00e9conomiques de la r\u00e9gion avec lesquels nous partageons les m\u00eames valeurs : \u00e9thique, bienveillance, professionnalisme, ind\u00e9pendance. <\/p>\n

Cette rubrique permettra notamment aux futurs acqu\u00e9reurs de mieux se projeter dans leur nouvel environnement et de les sensibiliser \u00e0 consommer local. C\u00e9cile nous a re\u00e7u avec enthousiasme et humour dans son atelier \/ boutique \u00e0 Mathonex sur les hauteurs de Samo\u00ebns o\u00f9 elle fabrique et vend ses magnifiques cr\u00e9ations pures et raffin\u00e9es. Vous y trouverez de la vaisselle (assiettes, saladiers, bols, tasses, th\u00e9i\u00e8res, etc.) ainsi que des objets de d\u00e9coration d’int\u00e9rieur et d’ext\u00e9rieur (lampes, photophores, cabanes \u00e0 oiseaux, vases, pots de fleur, etc.) qui vous permettront de sublimer votre table et d\u00e9corer avec \u00e9l\u00e9gance votre int\u00e9rieur.<\/div>\n

Aujourd’hui \u00ab\u00a0Zoom sur… Auberge du Rouet\u00bb. Cette auberge familiale depuis plusieurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rations propose une cuisine savoyarde et traditionnelle \u00e9labor\u00e9e sur place \u00e0 base de produits frais, de saison et en privil\u00e9giant les produits de proximit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>

Ce lieu \u00e9voque beaucoup pour moi car je le fr\u00e9quente depuis ma plus tendre enfance, j’y suis donc tout particuli\u00e8rement attach\u00e9e. Les plats fait maison sont tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licieux et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d’un excellent rapport qualit\u00e9 prix.<\/span><\/p>

Catherine et Pascal nous parle de l’histoire de l’auberge, de leur attachement \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un lieu de rencontre convivial o\u00f9 se m\u00e9langent gaiement toute l’ann\u00e9e locaux et vacanciers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
