ALPIMMORAMA is a 100% digital real estate agency located in Samoëns founded by Valérie Casartelli, a real estate agent for over 15 years in the Giffre valley.
What is the principle?
C’est une agence où le bureau principal se situe sur internet, avec notre site et nos comptes Facebook et Instagram, notre chaîne YouTube… Nous avons fait volontairement le choix de ne pas posséder d’agence physique afin d’être plus flexibles et réactifs. Par ailleurs, l’immobilier a beaucoup changé au cours de ces 10 dernières années et notre expérience en “agence traditionnelle” le prouve; aujourd’hui 90 % des projets immobiliers concrétisés ont commencés sur internet ! Une vitrine sur un site Internet permet au prospect de prendre le temps de sélectionner les biens, de bénéficier d’un maximum d’information et d’avoir un accès à l’ensemble des propriétés à vendre.
